Return Policy
You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect your refund within 3-5 days of us receiving your return. Please note that some banking institutions can take up to 10 days to process.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as: custom products, special orders or personalized items, or gift cards. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We will work with you on a new item or substitution for an item that you wish to return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, supply proof of return and cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
