    You may only return this item if the result is our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
    We'll pay the return shipping costs within 5 days of receiving the product.

    If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged or if you have received the wrong item. In the event of an insurance claim contact us immediately and notify your UPS Domestic / USPS International carriers. 

    Insurance Claims
    Time is of the essence, do not delay filing an insurance claim. Insurance claims must be filed within 24hrs of receiving the package.

    Exchanges
    We will work with you on a replacement if the above instances occur.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, supply proof of return and cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
