Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once it is received for any shipping damage. We insure all packages
Contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
 
DROPSHIP ORDERS

Return Policy
Your customer may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect your refund within 3-5 days of us receiving your return. Please note that some banking institutions can take up to 10 days to process.

Exchanges
We will work with you on a new item or substitution for an item that you wish to return.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, supply proof of return and cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.

Simply order this product using the address we have on file for you.
Products are delivered directly to you to sell at your boutique, parties & events. 

DROPSHIPPING: Placing a drop shipping order: 
To dropship an order directly to your customer
Use your billing address and your customers shipping address at checkout. 
We will blind ship the item right to your customer.
